Description

Happy Mother's Day to all you moms out there!

I HAVE A SCANNER AGAIN! And I'm back in the country. And I got my doctorate. I've been busy.

SO YES. I have been on a nostalgia kick thanks to EverViciousYuna and have been rewatching the old Sailor Moon episodes. I didn't realize how many I had missed, nor how many times Tuxedo Mask saves the Scouts. I haven't gotten to Helios' season yet, but I pretty clearly remember when Toonami first aired the Dead Moon Circus season. We used to record the week's episodes and watch them in a marathon on the weekend. I had gotten up super early on a weekday to sneak-watch (volume set to 1, which could be tricky but still didn't mask the tell-tale white noise of the tube) while folding laundry. I was expecting to see the conclusion of Dark Lady's rerun episodes since I kept missing them, but instead I saw something completely unfamiliar. You know how hard it is for a 12 year old to stifle a squeal of delight at 5:30am? Pretty hard, lemme tell ya.

Anyway, these two became one of the big reasons I watched the show. A bit... awkward relationship, definitely. But hey, Arwen was already a thousand years old by the time Aragorn was born. And Helios seems pretty immortal, so yeah. (Hence why I made Chibiusa older. Can you tell I had fun with her hair?)

Enjoy!

Moved the clavicle up since it was a bit low. Better, hopefully. :D

I am not familiar with this series, but I must say, your marker skills are amazing! I especially love the texture and shading on the pink hair. The white highlights and blue shadows make it look so pretty and full of volume. Great job on the whole piece.
