Soooo this was interesting. Not really sure what I think of it, to be honest. I think I'm getting better at bird heads. At least bird heads in profile.  It's rather basic, technique-wise. Hm. Marker on bristol board and some white out. Comments

It’s about learning to dance in the rain.  you know for my a peacock is one of the most beautiful birds one can draw, it's very colorful and your loose style with the white highlights make it pop really well. Nice contrasting colors and great job.

I love it so much! You handle markers so well and the coloring is sketch and loose but still looks gorgeous! I can't color like that...never turnsout well TT_TT Loose is one way to put it.
Personally, I thought I was being sloppy, but it turned out ok. lol. I'm glad you like it, though! -- Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain. If you were being sloppy it doesn't show at all....loose and flowing.

Critiques
A few things to consider:
-Your mark making is on the messy side, a little bit more unity might help it become a little less busy.
-I see pink and purple splashed here and there which is good, you should bring the blue into the feather as well. not a lot, but a little more than what you have right now. That way the body of the bird is not separated from the tail of the bird
-It seems like you've put equal attention on all parts of the drawing, not a terrible thing, but you're lacking a definite focus point. Perhaps a little less mark making and a tad bit more color filling towards the back might help.
Still, over-all it's a pretty good piece. Keep up the good work!
