Of Mud and Moogles

Journal Entry: Wed Mar 4, 2009, 12:12 AM

So, here's the run down: I'm taking a pottery/ceramics class, and I'm currently making a moogle. Now, it's a FF: TA/XII moogle, though, so it's not the cute little white marshmallow that was in KH or FFX. As a result, much of my class thought I was making a rabbit. :XD: (I've since educated them on what a moogle is. I'm pretty sure no one in there has ever played FF... Ah, well.)

AT ANY RATE. I'm fresh out of ideas as to what to name the little darlin'. Any suggestions?

Oh, and just because I can:

I'init kyewt? :XD:

EDIT!
I have named him LEVERETT! *dramatic theme music*

Other News

Shall be customizing the CSS soon. I've been reading tutorials, guides, and whatnot, so I should be able to come up with some neat stuff. :D Can't wait to test it all.

Oh my gosh he's so cute x3 !! I love how his wings and ears came out =]
:iconeuclidstriangle:
lol. He's turning out well so far, yes! :XD: Took me several times to get both the ears and the wings shaped and on right. :D

Make me magic sword kupo?
:iconeuclidstriangle:
*gives Bella a glazed-over expression* Kupo? I have to be synthesized first, kupo!

((Leverett's coat tails broke off today! D: I was moving him around too much. I hope I got them attached back on firmly enough....))

Oh no! >_>
I hope so too. I'm really excited to see this finished. :)

Ditto. I smoothed out his wings (sorta) and made them equal in width tonight, and was working on smoothing some other parts and whatnot, and finally said, "I'm going to stop working on him before I break something else." Then I put him on a shelf that's too small for other folks to shove stuff on that's also fairly high up so that he won't get bumped, and voila. He's there to dry now. I probably won't put him in the kiln for the bisque firing until the middle of April, though, just to make sure he's good and dry first.

I like his face! I can't really see the rest of him all too well, but nice job! Better than what I could do I'm sure! Is your potter class fun? I wish we threw pottery in the store, but then again with a bunch of 5 yr. olds it's probably good we don't... lol Leverett sounds cute. Either that or I'd say Steve. Everything should be named Steve. Or Bob.

I added to him tonight. He now has a nose and a mouth, among other things I added. :XD:
